CAPE TOWN ONLY
Here is my story:
My name is Bertus and I am a 3 year old Boerboel male in need of a forever home. I was given up by my original owners after they moved house they asked family members to care for me and they have grown to love me very much but their resident male dog is extremely jealous and often fights with me so they got in a behaviourist to help sort out the problem and 99% we get along now but since I have been with this family their toddler has started walking and is my temporary mommy pregnant again and I just want to play with everyone BUT I play rough so the toddler often gets bumped over which then caused the other male dog to get upset with me. So collectively my temporary family and Armand have decided it would be better for me to find another home.
Now I have been neutered and my hips were x-rayed as I have a funny walking style. Turns out my hips are fine, I just have Cow-hocks (please google for more info) but this means my heels point inwards and it makes me take longer strides with my back legs. I have been put on a joint supplement to see if that would help my movement a bit. For now I do not appear to be in any pain.
